Manager Dashboard Overview

Welcome to the Headless WP Manager

After clicking Open Manager, you will be greeted with the control panel shown above. This is your command center for managing your entire headless WordPress installation.

Dashboard Overview

At the top of the screen, you'll see the connection status indicator showing that your WordPress site is actively connected. The Sync and Cache buttons in the top-right corner allow you to manually trigger content synchronization and cache clearing operations.

Content Statistics

The dashboard displays real-time statistics from your WordPress installation:

  • 419 Total Posts: All published blog posts and articles
  • 11 Total Pages: Static pages like About, Contact, Privacy Policy
  • 8 Categories: Content organization categories

Quick Info Panel

The Quick Info section provides essential configuration details at a glance:

  • WordPress URL: The connected WordPress site address (e.g., https://panel.ispanyol.net)
  • Site Name: Your frontend display name (iSpAnYoL)
  • Active Language: Current localization setting (English)
  • Homepage Configuration: Number of active sections on your homepage (8 Sections Active)

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar provides access to all management features:

  • Dashboard: Main overview and statistics (current page)
  • General: Basic site settings and configuration
  • Homepage: Customize homepage sections and layout
  • Pages: Manage static page templates
  • Menus: Configure navigation menus
  • Theme: Customize colors, fonts, and visual design
  • Languages: Manage localization and translations
  • Ads: Advertisement placement and management
  • Integrations: Third-party services and APIs
  • Updates: System updates and version management
  • Security: Access control and security settings
  • Help: Documentation and support resources

Actions Menu

The Actions dropdown in the top-right provides quick access to:

  • Sync: Force content synchronization from WordPress
  • Cache: Clear all cached data and trigger rebuild

Bottom Toolbar

At the bottom left, you'll find the View Site button which opens your live Next.js frontend in a new window, allowing you to preview changes in real-time.

Getting Started with the Manager

  1. Review Your Stats: Check that all your content numbers match your WordPress installation
  2. Explore Settings: Click through each sidebar menu item to understand available options
  3. Test Sync: Click the Sync button to perform your first manual content update
  4. Preview Changes: Use View Site to see how your frontend looks
