Keppel Data Centres, a division of the renowned Keppel Corporation, operates a highly prestigious portfolio heavily integrated into the Keppel DC REIT investment vehicle. Their developments, such as Keppel DC Singapore 7 (KDC SGP 7) and the newer Genting Lane campus (Keppel DC Singapore 8), set the benchmark for high-density, carrier-neutral infrastructure designed for blue-chip clients and financial institutions.

Infrastructure: The Genting Lane facility (KDC SGP 8) is a six-storey carrier-neutral colocation center built to Tier 3 equivalent specifications, with a net lettable area of approximately 100,882 square feet. It is fully leased to clients from the cloud services, internet enterprise, and telecommunications sectors. Notably, KDC SGP 7 achieved the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award for New Data Centres, the highest green accolade in Singapore, incorporating energy-efficient chiller plant systems and advanced water management technologies. Keppel is also at the forefront of exploring the Floating Data Centre Park concept to address land scarcity issues in Singapore, although land-based vertical expansion remains their current primary operational mode.
