Kapsi

Kapsi is unique in the Finnish market as a non-profit Internet Users' Association.

For a small annual membership fee, members get access to shell accounts, web hosting, and email. While not a commercial host in the traditional sense, Kapsi is a cornerstone of the Finnish internet culture, hosting thousands of personal pages and hobby sites. It is maintained by volunteers and represents the communal spirit of the early web.
